Brief
- Create a layout for the new website, needs to be designed for sponsors, suppliers and couples.
- Manage the entire running order of the event
- Design the slides that will play on the big screens throughout the night
- Organise all the video content that sponsors have paid for, and videos of the potential winning couples for the prize of £50k wedding.
- Print the cards and put in golden envelope. Ensure all the names of the nominees and winners are on the stage, ready to announced by the sponsors/host.
Solution
I created the first design for the website, and made adjustments based on feedback from stakeholders.
I prepared a script for the host (celebrity – Louise Roe), script for the auctioneer, with notes for the band, video tech manager, production team. The event was held at Kew Gardens, UK and I did a rehearsal with the production team to check all the slides and videos were in correct running order. An hour before the event, I put all the cards and trophies on the stage, and guided the assistants what to do. Throughout the night, I worked with the external production team, following the script to ensure the night went to plan and was a success – which I’m proud to say it was!
