As part of Hult International Business School’s enrollment communications strategy, I led the content creation and design coordination for a multi-region housing announcement and confirmation campaign. The goal was to inform and convert confirmed and accepted students into residents at Hult’s official accommodation options across Boston, San Francisco, and London.

This project targeted:

  • Accepted students (yet to confirm their place)

  • Confirmed students (eligible to book housing)

  • Across multiple campuses: Boston, San Francisco, and London

The messaging needed to be clear, actionable, and personalized, while also emphasizing the urgency of limited housing availability and the value of community living at Hult.

 

Solution

  • Multi-segmented email copy tailored to students’ location and application status (Accepted vs. Confirmed).

  • Created compelling subject lines (SL) and pre-headers (PH) to maximize open rates.

  • Emphasized student benefits—modern facilities, proximity to campus, and an international student community.

  • Added clear CTAs directing students to secure their spot or book rooms directly via the housing portal.

  • Collaborated with design to ensure seamless brand alignment in both digital and print materials.

  • Developed a housing insert PDF for confirmation packs, giving an at-a-glance overview of accommodation in Boston, San Francisco, and London, with visual and copy consistency across platforms.
